For #MountainMonday, sunrise on Wheeler Crest, northwest of Bishop in the Sierra Nevada, from around this time in a much better winter, after an unusually cold and deep storm. I was able to skin from the house around 5000' to the top around 11,500', then ski back down.

For #MountainMonday I have this view from an old favorite hike (while I still lived in Bavaria, Germany), to the summit of Dürrnbachhorn from Winklmoosalm, and then back in a loop via Wildalphorn.
