I do not know. I do know he has not engaged in the activities he promised he would if elected, and has engaged in activities he promised he would not.
People are wondering why the conservatives are flailing about, and my guess is: the fossil fuel industry is backing M Carney, because he is governing far to the right of M Harper, and appears far more disciplined in hiding #LPC corruption.
Imo Liberals have displaced the #CPC as the Conservative party in #Canada.
