Nestled in a bed of pink asclepia blooms a bumblebee is taking a mid-day snooze. Either that or he is pollen drunk. Underneath a sea of bright emerald green leaves offer a beautiful undercanopy to the flowers.

Asclepias (Milkweed) at the top left have not opened yet so their dusty pink buds are just getting color before they open fully. At the base and to the right of the picture a bumblebee has fallen asleep on the bright pink open blooms.
