I was just thinking, are there any Fediverse central Matrix spaces where Fedi folks hang out? I have my own personal space, including Fireside Fedi channel, as well as a space for BT Free. But anything for Fedi folks to just chat and get organized to meet up and work on things before spinning off?

As someone who is every day in multiple video conferences I'm always surprised that hardly any tool is able to create user friendly invitations. Most of the time I get a wall of text in the meeting description, often with multiple links, and than I have to search for the right link to join the meeting.

The link to the meeting belongs to the "location" field! The description is for additional information such as the meeting agenda.

This is one of many reasons why I appreciate invitations via Nextcloud Talk so much. It is one of the few tools that does this correctly.
