Today, CDT Europe, with 51 civil society organisations & experts, sent a letter to the European Commission to express our concerns regarding the forthcoming #Digital Simplification package.

We firmly oppose any attempt to delay or re-open the #AIAct particularly in light of the growing trend of deregulation. We call on the Commission to champion the proper enforcement and implementation of the Act & the wider EU digital rulebook.

⚖️ Justice systems are becoming more digital, accessible, and efficient across the EU.

The 2025 EU Justice Scoreboard is out with the most recent findings:

📱24 countries let people & businesses access civil, commercial & admin cases online.
🏛️19 countries have tools to enforce administrative court rulings.
♿24 countries have accessible court buildings for people with a disability/reduced mobility.

A strong #RuleOfLaw means a stronger Single Market and more rights for EU citizens & businesses.
