Sabeu d'alguna guia, llibre, tutorial o curs per activistes sobre com mantenir una organització? Espais segurs, protocols en cas de (sospites) d'assetjament, intereseccionalitat aplicada, etc. Com més pràctic i específic, millor. Tots els recursos que he trobat sobre el tema són molt genèrics. Gràcies!

Fedi activists, I'm in need of #advice
Looking for guides, tutorials, books, courses for activists about organising. Particularly, about safe spaces, dealing with harassment or suspitions, applied intersectionality, etc. The more practical and specific, the better. All resources I've found are too generic and I'm having a hard time applying them to my org. Thanks!
