Listening to several "best of" lists from various #music sites around the web and discovering that they include the most syrupy pop and hip-hop of the year. It is so terrible that I am now cleansing the auto-tune from my ear by listening to the hardest metal I can find. I miss the days when mp3 blogs focused on edgy or indie music of all styles. Honestly, I find better recommendations on Mastodon.
