For the music lovers (and overlapping: Jellyfin users), i am searching for a rust crate that can scan audio tracks with MusicBrainz like https://docs.rs/discid/latest/discid/ can do it for CD/DVD.
I want to write a daemon that scans a download folder, saves infos and moves the processed files to certain directories.

I only know a GUI (Picard) that does similar stuff, but i want to automate it.

I am not as satisfied with it as I was in previous years, but the wild range of genres and artists truly reflects the diversity of my listens. I love it.

I am most proud of C.U.R.A. by Dietro L’Angolo, a local rap collective from La Pigna, Sanremo, appearing there. They are my friends and I have been listening to them endlessly since they performed at @scambi in August 2025. I am also the one who added their album to @musicbrainz 😉
