I don't know if there's anyone here who's local and would go, but I've been talking to a Trans friend about RCT Pride and the people who run it are Tory supporters, have big police presence at their Pride events, staged a racist comedian, and got the cops to raid a Trans guy's house under false pretenses because he was complaining about them on social media

@wood5y sorry, no. Scotland is a separate jurisdiction. We have our own legal system with our own legal principles and our own police force. One of the articles of the treaty of union was that our legal jurisdiction would not be superseded by any external court.
A move like this is being contemplated to compromise the devolved settlement and remove control of the police forces from the devolved governments #scotland #wales #northernireland

I can't really describe the feelings I get when encountering Tŵt Cymru online. It's akin to the passion of patriotism - but I'm not Welsh. It reminds me of a sense of camaraderie, even though I know only a few people on the instance personally. Whatever it is, I think it's a precious thing, and consider the existence of Tŵt Cymru to be a significant contribution to society in #Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and an inspiration for the rest of the world 🌐
