It’s not just search. It’s a pretty neat translator/proofreading tool, too. #Kagi

yes yes, #ai #llm bad. anyway...
i have really come to enjoy using LLMs to parse search results by way of #kagi assistant. i find it useful because it provides references. i can still scroll through the list of links but it helps point me to things faster. if i open the links from assistant, many times the exact area sourced is highlighted.
i also had a similar experience using the dosu bot that the #ublue folks use for #bluefin. it was convenient for finding sections of the docs quickly.

The whole idea of ad astra et cetera is appealing.
https://translate.kagi.com/?from=auto&to=en&text=ad+astra+et+cetera gave insights into the original text as well as the translation. I was just looking for the translation itself, but learned more interesting details as a result.
kudos to the Kagi team

With Kagi, you pay for search instead of paying with your data. Kagi does not attach search queries to user accounts, does not load any analytics or telemetry, and does not track which search results you choose to pick, keeping your searches private and anonymous.
