It's 01:27 in my TZ. #FOSSY25 wrap party ended about 2 hrs ago. But, sadly, after a near week of so much stuff to do in #Vizio case & #FOSSY, even though I'm exhausted I just can't sleep.

So I came home, & as I mentioned I an #MST3K lifelong fan. I turn on the 24/7 stream to help me sleep.

@wwahammy is meanwhile absolutely rocking a different perspective and way of thinking about licensing and collaboration with Big Tech.

Eric is doing a great job taking to task these three corporate lawyers with him on the panel.

@mccoysmith did what these corporate shills always do: coopt activists for “embrace, extend, extinguish” on right to repair. Eric didn't miss a beat in calling it out!

@josh, moderating, also made sure the other side was heard on it!

I respect that McCoy was willing to come back. I disagree with almost everything he's saying in the panel but his willingness to come present his ultra-capitalist, corporate apologist ideas again to the most unfriendly audience imaginable shows how people who disagree can & should talk.
