History. Vast beaches. Dunes. Castle. Wildflowers. It's an epic place that fills you with a sense of awe.

I never get tired of coming here.

NEW WORK AND NEW LOCATION: Welcome to the historical ruins of Dryburgh Abbey in the Scottish Borders.

Constructed nearly 900-years ago in the 1150s, the lives of the monks here consisted of religious services, agricultural duties, household functions, copying books and reading.

Just got back from a wee little birthday trip away! I'm 42 now. That's right, I am now the answer to life, the universe, and everything.

For my birthday we explored the Southern Uplands near Moffat, and boy were conditions glorious.
