Most fediverse projects can trace their origin to Mastodon, and I think that's pretty amazing.
To be able to use Mastodon to share your new fediverse projects without being blocked, like I have with Meta, is truly empowering!

Anyhow, more nature! This is an orobanche, common name broomrape. The brown appearance makes it look almost dead: in actual fact it's alive and healthy, just without any green on the stem. Or any leaves either. No chlorophyll at all.
Given that's how plants make food, that might be a problem, but not for the orobanche! They're parasitic: their roots tap into those of other plants and steal their nutrients to grow these slightly alien-looking flowers with.

I really like the follower tab update earlier this year. My brain is hardwired to Ctrl+Click to open links in new tabs. I dug through settings to try to find a way to do the same for a follower tiled tab, but couldn't find anything.
Mouse gestures looked promising, but a follower tab isn't available there or in the quick actions/command chain. Anyone have ideas on how to make this work?
Even something like a Ctrl+Shift+Click modifier would be great.
